Thomas Blanchard,
originally was licensed in Southern California back in 1981. When he started his Real Estate Carrer in Las Vegas back in 1995 he specialized in handling Bank Owned Foreclosed Homes and HUD Homes. Thomas with his wife Krista founded 1st Realty Group a division of REO Asset Services, LLC a Nevada Corporation in 2003 and they have over 50 years of Las
Vegas Real Estate experience between them.
